Superintel.group is developing a collaborative network connecting people, organisations, technologies and projects. Its own website provides an early example of AI-intensive production guided by human purpose.

Context and Purpose

Superintel.group was established to explore how human intelligence, specialist expertise, collaborative networks and artificial intelligence can contribute to meaningful work.

Rather than operating exclusively as an AI consultancy or technology provider, the group is developing a framework through which independent organisations, specialists and projects can connect capabilities and explore opportunities for collaboration.

The underlying principle is straightforward:

Human Intelligence. Collective Capability.

An AI-Intensive Starting Point

The initial Superintel.group website was developed using Hostinger's AI Website Builder.

The domain name, initial concept and decision to establish the group were human-directed.

Much of the original website structure, design and copy was generated using AI-assisted tools.

The resulting website provided a working starting point that could be evaluated, challenged and progressively refined.

Human × AI Contribution

Initial estimate: 3% human / 97% AI

This estimate describes the original AI-intensive website production process, rather than a measured breakdown of all work involved in developing the organisation.

Subsequent revisions have introduced substantial human direction, including changes to positioning, content architecture, project descriptions, editorial judgment and the collaborative operating model.

The contribution estimate will therefore need to be reassessed as the project evolves.

Developing the Network

Superintel.group is exploring collaboration across several areas:

  • Communications, media and advocacy

  • Technology, creative production and digital systems

  • Education, qualifications and enterprise development

  • Digital health and professional information pathways

  • Research, knowledge translation and social impact

The network is intended to support participating organisations and projects without requiring them to surrender their independent identities.

Intelligence in Practice

The Superintel portfolio demonstrates that different projects can involve substantially different levels of AI assistance.

Some projects are almost entirely human-developed, while others use AI for specific tasks or as a significant production capability.

Superintel does not assume that greater AI involvement automatically produces greater value.

The appropriate contribution depends on the project's purpose, context, requirements and the judgment of those responsible for delivery.

Continuing Development

Superintel.group is an evolving collaborative initiative.

Its next phase involves documenting projects, developing partnerships, refining its Human × AI framework and demonstrating the practical value of collaboration.

The website itself remains an ongoing case study in the relationship between human direction and AI-assisted production.
